Hi,

I ordered a SAMSUNG GALAXY S22 PLUS 128 on 25th September, and I still haven't received it. 

I've had the tracking number, however on the updates, it says it has not even been accepted. 

After calling the EE store they said they don't know anything and I can't get though on the phone, to the contact centre. I wasn't even made aware of a back log (if there is one) until I had signed the contract to THEN be told the store haven't got any in stock.

Please help an un happy customer 😔

@amileanne96   Where did you order this from ?  Was it a shop or online/phone sale ?

It was in store.
