Pro max delivery

did anyone have a similarity to each other? the package was delivered to the ee store on September 15. Today, when I went to pick up the phone, it turned out that they didn't have this package and nobody delivered it. In addition, I was told that they do not have this iPhone pro max model in the store yet. that's what I ordered. on the dpd page it is that the package has been delivered and picked up by them. what now ?

@Dominika3  If you had a store delivery the store will contact you when it’s there for collection you don’t get tracking information as you are not the receiver of the device, the store is. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have received a message from the seller that the package has been delivered and picked up by someone. I went to pick up the package to hear that they do not have it, so how is it possible. I also got a tracking number from the gentleman with ee, after that I already had a package with them. . in dpd it is shown with the mesh delivered and picked up by but the shop knows nothing about it
