Hello,
I ordered a iPad 2021 64gb in space grey yesterday and received a order number however when I try to track it says the tracking status is not available.
Do you know why this might be?

The model is in stock and expected to be dispatched within 24 hours, @Staceyholt.
If you haven't heard anything by the morning, it may be worth checking your order with our Mobile Care team.

Does the reference number you're using begin with XK? Did you receive another email with a tracking number?
