What does this mean? Does it mean my order has been accepted because I’ve had no communication and cannot get through on the phone other than this tracking part IMG_0064.jpeg

So does it mean my order has been dispatched because I managed to get through and they said it wasn’t showing anything.

Based on what we can see in the tracker this would definitely indicate your device has been dispatched. 

Is it a brand new contract you've ordered here, or an upgrade to an existing number?
Also was this placed online or over the phone with our team?

Hi, thanks for your response it’s with DPD now it says for me to sign up on the app but it’s not letting me and I’ll need a code to collect the phone so how will I go around that?

Normally when you place any order we will take a contact number to go alongside it, and this is where your collection PIN and tracking details will be sent. 

We don't have access to accounts via this public forum, but if you get in touch with our team, they can search for your account via name and postcode and check to make sure all of these details are correct.
