Hi - I'm trying to track my order which is overdue (2xiphone 14) and I require my order number to use the tracking service (obv). Despite the very clear guidance that my Order Number is found on the confirmation email....it just isn't!! Believe me, I've spent 30 mins staring at each email and there is NO ORDER NUMBER...
Please advise....at least to reassure me I'm not losing my mind!

Mine wasn’t on it either. Although, once I did get it by calling up the tracking option doesn’t work if they don’t have the stock in hand. It just says this function is unavailable. I know it’s rubbish but the best advice is to just wait on the DPD app notification. You won’t know it’s coming any sooner than the DPD notification.
