Text Message Asking Me To View Documents

Hi,

I got text from EE saying 'A new document for my phone is now available'. Please share a direct link that will take me to the documents section as I already spent 15 minutes trying to find it.

If the new document is not showing following @Schockwave's advice and the new contract has started, please get in touch with our mobile guides and they can help you with the document.

@PixelSpawn , with the EE App, click on Manage at the bottom then  Mobile and Sims and then scroll down to Your documents and click on view documents. I presume it is the same if using the website logging into your account.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thank you. Do you think it is a good design? It would probably take me an hour to get to the Documents without your help. Ridiculous!

Once I opened Documents, there were no new documents there. Newest is from 2024. How can I view the one from the text message? I can't attach screenshots on this forum.

Same as me.. I've been looking for documents all morning. Even asked Google for help

Almost a year later, and people are STILL requiring this post, get your act together ee, your bad site design is so frustrating , it is why I left you for my broardband, and if this keeps up it will be why I leave you for phone when my contract is up.

Absolute joke. Can see why their tv box is so awful as well as can't even get their act together on a website which has been awful for years. I too am jumping ship when I move house soon.
