Hi

i ordered a sim only deal with you on Monday I’ve had no confirmation email or sim as yet, my last supplier has stopped my last sim so I’m stuck with not being able to do very much. My name is Alan ***** and address *********************

Hi, thanks for your reply, yes pac code was given, I went to the local EE and got it sorted, they said my sim had been lost in the post and sorted me one out in the shop.

Welcome to the community,

Sim cards are sent out by second class post. Did you give EE your PAC code and that is why your previous network has stopped working? You should have waited until you received your new SIM card before giving EE your PAC code.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
