Still waiting on dispatch

I originally upgraded my phone on 8th January, received one email thanking me for upgrading and then on the 9th January recieved a text from EE saying they were cancelling my upgrade as the phone was out of stock.

I then upgraded again on 9th selecting a different phone that was showing as in stock, got another email thanking me and giving me a tracking code but I've heard nothing since. The tracking code also does not work as it shows up with an error that my tracking has timed out. I'm going round in circles now just trying to find out when or if I'll ever recieved my new phone!
