Sim only upgrade

Hi, 

My contract runs out on the 1st of October, a few weeks ago the app said I could upgrade early so I opted for a sim only deal. This was on the 6th of September & I had a confirmation email the same day.   However the app is still showing my old plan & the upgrade option has gone. 

I'm sure when I put the order in, it said I would get a new sim card in the post but I haven't had one. Or do I keep the same sim card & just wait for the new plan on the 1st of October? 

There is no option to track my order as it was just a sim only deal, it just says the sim should arrive within 1-2 days.

Hi @Rach3322

Welcome to the community. 

When you are provided the option to upgrade your plan is usually changed within a few days. 

As it is an upgrade you won't need a new SIM you can continue using your current SIM and the services will be changed. 

I would recommend speaking with our customer care team who have account access and can look into this further for you.
