Sim only plan

Ive just signed up for a sim only plan to bring my account over from o2 to ee and on my confirmation page where it says my order is sucsessfull it is showing an error message " We need to confirm some details, We’ll call you within the next 48hours to discuss your order."

 

What is this? 😢
