Sim only order

I placed an order for a sim only contract on the 9th as my sky has come to an end. I received an email with the heading : Successful EE order ref: ********** 

does this mean it was successful as when I have tried to track the order online it doesn’t show anything? Any help much appreciated.

@Danny138  That’s an order number not a tracking number and SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Does that mean it will be delivered then? 

Does that mean it will be coming?

SIM orders can't be tracked online, they are delivered within 2-5 working days by Royal Mail. If you would like to make sure the order has all gone through for you please give us a call on 0800 956 6000
