Sim only order

I placed an order for a sim only contract on the 9th as my sky has come to an end. I received an email with the heading : Successful EE order ref: **********
does this mean it was successful as when I have tried to track the order online it doesn’t show anything? Any help much appreciated.

@Danny138 That’s an order number not a tracking number and SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail

SIM orders can't be tracked online, they are delivered within 2-5 working days by Royal Mail. If you would like to make sure the order has all gone through for you please give us a call on 0800 956 6000.
