Hi I have placed a order as a new customer for a sim only but I have been told they need to speak to me to confirm some details in the next 48 hours what questions do they ask I have never had this done before thanks if anyone can help thank you

If they've asked to speak to you then you you need to call them or your order will not proceed. It could be anything from your credit standing to the spelling of your name.
