Sim only order problem

Hi everyone,
I ordered a sim only contract 6 days ago and I got an email confirming the order the same day but I've had no further communication from ee, I've also tried tracking the order on ee Web page and it says the order can't be tracked right everytime I try.
Is this normal for ee?
Thinking of staying with my current provider.

Did you order online?
SIM cards are normally sent out in the post so would take around five days to arrive.
