Ordered a SIM card on Sunday and it still hasn’t come

Welcome to the community.

The SIM will have been sent out through Royal Mail on Monday. It may have been held up slightly. If you live near an EE Store, you'll be able to get a replacement there and then, if you prefer.

You’ve told me it will get sent out on Monday it is not Thursday and it is still not here what is the problem

I'm sorry to hear your SIM hasn't arrived yet. As it has been more than the expected 2-5 working days, please get in touch with Customer Care so the team can arrange a replacement for you.
