I ordered an additional phone and sim card on 22/8/24. I received the phone a couple of days later. Its now the 20/9/24 and still waiting for the new sim card to arrive. I called every few days and told there is a technical problem in issuing sim cards that was purchased on line. Yesterday I was told the there was an update coming today and to call back today. Today i have been told to call back on monday. Never had a problem before with EE all the years I have been a customer, this is driving me to despair.

Hi @Steve428 I can imagine it's frustrating having to wait for your sim card that you've been expecting for so long.
It's tough to comment on your specific issue, as we're an online forum and don't have access to customer accounts.
It may be worth popping into one of our stores, as a store can give you a sim card there and then, and they can link the sim with your account before you leave.
