@danielmegicks99  you’ll get tracking information once the device has been allocated to you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I placed an upgrade for the iPhone 16 pro max 256 I have phoned this evening to ask if I could possibly get a delivery estimate to be told that there was no upgrade showing on my account !

Even though I have documentation stating that this had been successful so I have now lost my place in the pre order queue to now be told I needed to wait 28 days plus for my handset to arrive.

Im sorry EE but this isn’t good enough

But I can’t even check the order on my account with my order number as it says it can’t be checked? Does this mean it’s not actually on order for me?

I would suggest giving them a ring to make sure they actually have your order

@Rs74 As phones are not even ready for delivery yet, same on Apple’’s website, as soon as as you have your item allocated to you, you will be able to track it. It also depends how many EE will receive, as they are not the only network, so you will have to wait, just like anyone else, who has pre-ordered, as that is what it means, so you will have to be patient.

@danielmegicks99  If this is for the pre-order of the new devices from Apple, then you will have to wait until such time as the allocation happens, that is why it is a pre-order and EE like all networks have no idea how many they will receive and then it is on a first come first serve, but if you want to know more, then you will have to ring customer service, but I doubt they will be able to tell you more.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Rs74  And did you quote the order number to the agent?  As you would of had one

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Schockwave  please read my previous post if it wasn’t for me ringing this evening I would of been waiting for a handset that was never going to arrive as the customer service agent hadn’t processed my order for pre order

I even had the screen share documents which read status approved but obviously something went wrong as the order which I thought had been placed by the customer service agent clearly hadn’t

Regarding this when I first placed the order on the website at 1pm when first launched it went through but said I had to call customer service.

after speaking to them over the phone id was confirmed a second time . Does this set me back in the pre order queue??
