I ordered a new sim card for a Sim free phone and being an existing EE customer i wished to stay with you, having placed the order 22nd September 2022 on the 1st of October i had a call with a person called Liam who was reading out all the legal bluff etc and wishing to know my delivery address!! Well being an existing customer and at the time of the call not in a secure place to discuss such a situation a farce unfolded and i gave an instruction to simply cancel the order as i was very distressed as to the upkeep of this at the time. Since then it appears no contact or update to indicate that fact and more so the fact of contacting you in any realistic form other than this forum is just not acceptable. Can I ask that this is cancelled and no money to be paid or setup as contracted to what has become a failed service and support for goods ordered in goodwill as an existing customer please.

Hello @Hector1963 ,
Welcome to the community,
This is not customer service, you will have to ring them. Are you sure this was EE ringing you, as EE would not need to ask for your address. It sounds like you have been scammed, do you still have the number they rang you from?
Can you check your account to see if anything has changed?
This certainly is not the way customer service behave, in my experience.
There is no account access here.

I have sent nearly 3 hours trying to contact your customer service line and still to no avail so your forum response is about as much use as your suggestion to contact them by phone.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience, @Hector1963
I've sent you a private message to get some information from you. Please have a look and get back to me.
Thanks
