I ordered a new upgrade thy took 30 pounds upfront and no confirmation email will I receive new phone

Hello James, I am also having the same scenario regarding mu upgrade. I did my upgrade in chat with an agent last 4/10/22, and haven't received any email or txt. I did try to call and they confirmed that the upgrade was okay and no email/text message because there is no stock. But during chat with the agent he told me he booked the delivery 5/10/22.
