Hi - I have confirmation of a Sim Order with a Dispatch date of 28-SEP-2022 and have already been billed although I have not yet received the Sim Card. Delivery was supposed to be between 2-3 days. When will this arrive please. I have been unable to contact you via the 150 or EE mobile number.

The Customer Order is: xxxxxxxx  and the Account No: xxxxxxxxxx

Did you order this online?

 

If you still don't have a SIM, you could get one from an EE Store and they will be able to register it for you.

Hi Katie,

I ordered the sim on Mon 5th Dec, I was told the sim card will arrive no later then Saturday, but it still ha snot arrived. I made the order via phone to one of your reps.

I received the Sim quite awhile ago but after I had obtained one from an EE Retail shop.
