Hello @sharpzjungle ,

Welcome to the community,

Do you still have your original SIM card? Then you just need to put that one in, no need for a new SIM card, as it will work.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks for the reply. This is a new contract, I'm coming over from another network so my old sim won't work. I will be transffering my number but am unable to until I receive the new sim card. Should it have been in the package or will it be a seperate delivery?

Thanks

@sharpzjungle , They are normally sent  second class post separately if they did not come with the phone, but if you are near an EE store, you can go in there with ID and they can then sort this out for you, or otherwise ring customer service.

Hi @sharpzjungle

Thanks for coming here.

Has our mobile care team requested another SIM card to be sent to you? This should have been included with the device for a new contract.

Leanne 🙂
