Delivered Sim Card But Maybe To The Wrong Address

Hiya, hope someone can help? I spoke to some really helpful people and have upgraded and renewed my contract yesterday and a new sim card has been sent to me. I have the DPD app on my phone and was alerted my delivery from EE would be with me by 12.18 today. All good but when I looked on the app it had the name and address of someone that wasn't me and it had been received by someone and it had the picture of her receiving it at her front door. I'm a bit confused in case she has my sim card or if this was an error from DPD. Any advice or help would be great.
