Been sent the wrong sim deal  how do I get it changed to the one that I wanted?

What have you got and what are you expecting?

EE has a very odd way of selling plans now, where they add extra data 10 days later, E.g. you think you signed up for 125GB but you get a SIM for 50GB, and then have to wait 10 days to get the 75GB added on. Could that explain the difference?

Ordered 50gb sim only deal for £13.99

But only got 10gb for £8.99

Hello Leanne.

Having trouble moving over to EE so I won't be able to call 150 number. 

Vodafone aren't giving me the MCK code for my new EE sim to work. 

Swapping too a new phone provider should be a easy thing to do like you can with a bank account less than 7 days.

But the sim deal that you have sent me is wrong!
