I placed my order yesterday morning, I also have had no emails or any contact to let me know what's happening but they still took £30 from my account. My order number doesn't work either. Is this a scam

Thanks for letting me know @Maxi88 If your order was placed on the EE website, then it definitely won't be a scam.
If you got an XKO reference at the end of your order, then our system will have logged the order.
I'd recommend giving us a call so that a guide can look into your order and give you an update.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
