Saturday delivery

Got my billing for July and I paid for Saturday delivery to get my new phone early. Paid on the phone on that Friday and it’s been added on again on my bill??? So I’ll be paying twice

Welcome to the community.

This is normal, the charge would go onto the bill so there is a record of what you are paying for.

If you look on page 3 of the PDF version of the bill, it should show the payment you made over the phone and a credit balance brought forward for that amount. This would then cover the charge on the bill to cancel it out.

Is that showing for you?
