Samsung TV order

Ordered a TV and realised I put the address in to the wrong place. Can't get hold of anyone to speak to about an order. My mobile, broadband etc I could talk to a million people. Changing an order delivery address is impossible. I'm ready to leave it going to the wrong place, let it lapse, get sent back and tell EE to stick the order and my phone contract when it ends in 3 months somewhere rhe sun doesn't shine. Can ANYONE change an order delivery address there? The most useless customer service I've ever seen. One guy in a chat says he's from ee.co.uk and they're separate. I told him I bought a TV from ee.co.uk and need his help. Ha says the order number (copy and pasted from their email) isn't one of theirs BUT it was defo ee.co.uk I bought it from and the card payment has gone to ee.co.uk....

I'm sorry you are having trouble speaking to someone about your order. Does your order reference number start with any letters? Please don't include the full order number.

They helped cancel the first order. I resolved issues and spent more getting the larger TV ordered which didnt complete even though I've been charged.... why is it so difficult to do anything with EE> You've now lost the TV order (ill get it elsehwhere) and you've lost me as a phone customer. With service like this, I will NOT be renewing my phone contract when its due in a couple of months. What an awful company to deal with.
