Samsung Galaxy S22 order time

Hi.

I upgraded my contract last night & was able to order a 256GB Samsung Galaxy S22 in purple. It was marked as available to order, not green "in stock".

Does anybody know roughly how long this may take to be available for despatch at all please?

I've tried several times so far this morning to contact EE but get an automated message saying the service is temporarily unavailable when I call via 150.
The online portal says there is no information regarding my order.

I'm now at a bit of a loss.
