Does anyone know when the SONY WH-1000XM4 will be back in stock and dispatched?
I’ve ordered them and have a order acknowledgement but nothing further and the money has come out of my account.
I looked online today and they were available at a higher price but only a few items left in stock (now saying out of stock a few hours later)
Getting the feeling they may not arrive…..

I don't have any information on stock coming in I'm afraid, but it just shows as out of stock at my side.
Had you purchased them outright or as an Add to Plan monthly charge on your mobile bill?

Hi @Katie_B I also have a similar problem, I purchased a few days ago and haven’t had any sort of update. It was the wh xm4 in the black colour way. I’ve asked someone else and they said to call to change the colour way. What number would I call?

I made a purchase of a pair of headphones 4 days ago (it was an outright payment), the shipping showed to be dpd “2 DAY STANDARD” and I haven’t had any updates since the purchase. The original page now says out of stock however I have already purchased a pair whilst they were “in stock” so unless ee is allowing these headphones to be purchased whilst they have no stock, then i would assume they could ship it no?

I’ve seen some posts saying you just need the email and address to see any scheduled deliveries but I don’t see any anyway, do i need a tracking number @Northerner

I recently purchased the Sony wh xm4, the black colour I ordered is now out of stock and it’s been a few days so I assume it’s not available, I was told to call and request a different colour since they are in stock, which number specifically do I call for that, thanks.
