Ordered an EE SIM 3 days ago (surely they have those in stock); got the order confirmation and since then nothing. I would have expected some delivery notification by now.
This is not a good customer experience, especially as I am looking to port my number across from another provider.
I tried tracking my order using the online tool but got 'sorry, we can't show your order details right now'. If there is a supply chain issue, it's better to let your customers actually know.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on ?

@ThunderPaws SIM cards are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd class there is no tracking for this.

I don't mind no tracking, but not even an email to say it's been dispatched is just not good customer communication, unless it's not been sent in the 2 whole working days since I placed the order.
