Hi! I hope I've selected the right forum but I want to ask whether this is on purpose or a website issue.
I selected the 100GB student SIM plan for 24 months (£21 p/m) and after clicking 'buy now', the checkout page(s) showed me a 125GB 30-day Essential SIM. Is this a starter SIM whereby I automatically switch to my 24-month student plan after those 30 days or do I request to switch to it? Or is this a server/website error? Would really appreciate some help, thank you!

@Sami_ That’s an error, it should show what you e selected.

@Chris_B is right, that is definitely an error as you should see the full plan you selected.
Can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try again? If it still happens, are you able to try to see if the same thing happens on another browser or device?
