hi my sim only has not arrived

Hi @stecole

Welcome to the community.

Our SIM cards are sent out through the postal service and should arrive within four working days. If you still haven't received it after the post tomorrow, it may be worth giving our customer service team a call to check your order.

Alternatively, you could pop into your nearest EE Store with photo ID to get a replacement SIM registered to your account.

i orded it on monday 14th october and it siad be delivered in 2 working days and still no signs
