Recently i have bought iPhone 16 pro max. Now i want to cancel my order and make new order. i have still one week in 14 days. But whenever i call to EE they don't give any answer just say our system is not working call later. i am very disappointed. what should i do?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

It's my 4th day i am Calling. how much wait should i do more. my 14 days is finishing
