SIM card order keeps getting cancelled

So im trying to purchase a data SIM for my 4G router however twice i have paid for the card, order has been accepted and then i recive a text message saying the order was canccledd due to card issues but my card is fine and i have spoken to my bank to ask if there are any issues ? 

Has anyone else had this issue ?
