If I have been promised that a replacement sim card will be delivered to me , is that actually true? I have waited all day. I was told last night by Ee that one would be delivered to me today between 8 -12pm. It doesnt look as if one is coming. It is now nearly 9pm. Any advice on what I should do ? I cannot phone as my landline is also out of action ( also EE) .
Many thanks all.

@beetroots2 Not sure why you got promised that as SIM cards are sent out via Royal Mail unless you pay for delivery for next day and then it’s delivered via a currier, this also depends on your location. If you required a replacement sim that urgently then a trip to an EE would’ve been the better choice as you would’ve got it there,

Thanks Chris. Yeah, I went to an EE shop today to organise my landline repair. Didn't realise I could get a sim there and didn't take photo id with me. Will have to beg work for time off tomorrow now to go to a store. I wish EE had given me the correct information and options when I rang last night from someone else's phone, then I would not be in this position. Will complain about this.
