SIM Only plan

So I put in an order for a new sim only plan as my current contracted phone ends this month, when I check to see my new plan it’s not showing up anywhere on my ee app and I’m worried if I reorder it that it will charge me twice but I also need this new plan. Can anyone help?

@xxcaitlyn2004xx  Your new sim only tariff will commence once you have finished your full term of your current contract.  It doesn’t show until it’s changed over.   Do you have an email confirming the upgrade?
