Hello!
I order online from EE phone SamsungS23 Ultra 2 times! I call the EEteam but they didn't resolve this situation ! And the Dpd send me a message with :
" Hi from EE. A reminder message. An error occurred with the order you placed online. Sorry about that. Please call us on 0800 956 3045 today so that we can fix the problem and get your new device on its way to you. Your order ref: XKOXXXXXXXXX."
And the problem is they from EE take the money from my card but i don't have the phone !
I don't know what is the problem?!

They say only" ohhh...we are sorry from Dpd they are very busy! I don't care ! I want my phone in my hands or cancel everything and put the money back in my account! Easy!

How many times I call at EE for this? I just call 2 times but they don't resolve!
