@samsung and some couriers will be dispatching pre orders for the S23Ultra  512Gb in black tonight for deliveries tomorrow under a surprise and ddelight plan.

EEs website doesn't list an actual date.

Will EE be sending handsets out, for delivery tomorrow ?

Get ready for 15% month price increase at end of March 2023. Lure people into sales with discounts, then within months, weeks and in some cases days, tac on 15% price increases. This is potentially fraudulent as its leading customers into false sense of security.

Although I agree it's not nice, it's in the T&Cs when you take out the contract. It's also been plastered all over the news for the last few months. It's not just EE it's all the networks to some extent or another.

to all migrating from another samsung and using the smartswitch, before you wipe your old device make sure to check all the settings, etc of the apps you've transferred over.

Luckily I'm keeping my old S20FE5G but have noticed quite a few settings not carried over and needs resetting back up, so would have been just as easy to setup as a new device

It's nice to hear your willing to just stand by and pay £120 extra without just cause within first year of your contact. Just because its in T&C. You also need to look at why it's there and whether there's justification in your circumstances. There isn't in certain situations.

I didn't say I was happy. I simply factored in the increase when renewing my contract. I'm unsure how much you pay. However, £120 extra does seem excessive. My increase means approximately £10 a month more. As previously stated, I'm not happy about it, but the added cost would have been there without upgrade as all service providers will increase their plans in line with CPI

I received a phone call yesterday (Monday 13th)  from EE to inform me the colour I wanted was unavailable, therefore they'd order me another colour. Based on that phone call, I assumed the pre-ordered phones arrived in store on Monday.

Out of interest, how did you message EE, as I'd like to find if, or when my phone is arriving in store.
