I recently ordered a Samsung television as an add-on as a Christmas present. ParceForce delivered it, but the entire screen was shattered on delivery, I clicked return item and a collection date was set (last Wednesday), they never showed up. I hadn't heard anything from them since, I emailed them, called them, today I finally was able to speak to somebody and they're telling me that I need to arrange the collection again but only through EE. I have no idea who to speak to so that I can finally get this sorted

Did you purchase the TV direct with EE?
Was this as an add to plan?
