I made a business contract with next day delivery. they sent me a message that they have problems with the delivery and the delay. after 3 days they updated and said "Return to consignor has been requested". what happens? will I receive this order again? in my online account it says that the account is closed and I have to pay 238 lire. did the people from ee close my contract without notifying me? it is a new contract.
