I want to return the mobile phone after 10 days subscription because the mobile phone is faulty and poor sound quality. I prefer different model update with Samsung mobile phone .

Where did you buy the phone?
Was it in a retail shop or online?

@ARCELLI0812 : If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
