Made an order this morning for the iPhone 13 pro max in blue
got my initial email to say they’ve got my order and a ref number
tried tracking it but it doesn’t work,I haven’t had any further emails (I’ve checked spam etc) I can’t call anyone as my phone is broken,can’t live chat with anyone as it’s not giving me an option
i haven’t had any texts from DPD either I made the order at 10:33am today
has my order not gone through? I’ve no idea what’s going on as I’d have thought I’d have heard something by now

@Ellis1993 your order went through as you have a order number this is not a tracking number, it’s very rare to get a text on the same day as you order from DPD with a delivery for you this is usually the following day if a device has been allocated to you.
