Hello, I purchased a 30 day esim.

I activated the eSIM but it did not work at all, and provided no data, so I erased the eSIM from my phone. I'd like to cancel and request a refund. my account email is [email protected]

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
