Repeated Emails asking to return kit.

I’m getting emails asking to return my kit, 6 weeks now and they are getting nearer to charging me a fee. I have returned it and have proof of postage. Ideas on how to  sort this - online preferably.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
