I haven’t received my refund and it’s been a whole month, I’ve been out on hold for two hours???

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received a refund. Is this for a mobile or a home broadband account?

What is your refund for?

I bought a contract phone and asked for a refund because it had hidden fees and this was on the 29th July and I still haven’t received my refund

Did you receive the order and return this? Or did you cancel the order before this was dispatched? 

Have you checked with your bank to see if the payment has been refunded?

Yes I did, it’s been over a month and I haven’t been able to get assistance from anyone nor have I received the refund
