Refund how long

I decided  I did not want the mobile I ordered I cancelled it straight away on phone I applied for phone online and you took 30 pound on Google pay upfront cost now I want to know were is my refund and when I will get it as it was strange to take 30 pound of my money before you did credit check by phone please I really need my 30 pound back

I did it's the same rubbish 7 to 10 days the bank said ee have to cancel the pending transaction

Yeah I did the same thing 19th but the £30 as not been returned to my account

I ordered online they took the 30 pound then said to call them and then they said there was a problem with my address so I said just give me my money bk that's was the 16th of Jan still nothing I need that money bk ee has to cancel for me to get it

Same thing I ordered phone they took 30 pound upfront I got email to say they took but need to call in the end I said cancel but 10 days later still 30 pound down its happening lot with ee lately

Hi Leanne,

This is correct just checked my bank the £30 as not been credited back to my account. I read can be 7-10 days but this is unacceptable as EE/BT are making interest on all the £30 taking from customers
