Hello
I pre-ordered the iPhone 17 pro Max last Friday, my order was confirmed at 5:30 in the evening
I am really struggling to get a simple on when I I'm likely to receive my new phone
I have gone on my EE app as well today and I have noticed I am no longer eligible to upgrade. Does this mean my upgrade to the 17 pro Max has started? Could this mean my phone will arrive this week?
I have gone on to the EE app today and it says we are preparing your mobile order, but I'm unsure if this is generic for everyone who has pre-ordered or not
Is anyone able to advise if I am likely to receive my new phone on launching on Friday or will it be next week?
I feel like I'm getting very complicated answers when I ring EE

Similar situation I was told Friday would be delivery of the new iPhone, but my tracking page still says awaiting confirmation

I just spoke to EE CS regarding the same query and they told me. If the website told you expect delivery on launch date than you will get it. because when I place the order on 12th I only received XBO order number and I found it to be unusual. So I contacted the CS next day and told me not to worry about this. But the order confirmation with tracking details came in on 15th so I called them to double check regarding the Delivery date.
