I placed an order this evening for a new mobile, I already have EE broadband, the upfront cost of £30 has been taken, it doesn't show as pending, but ive had no text or email, after the payment was approved the screen went blank and then nothing? Nothing is showing on my account either.

Please check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE, these can sometimes drop in there.
If you haven't received any confirmation, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team where a guide can check that your order went through correctly and help further.
