Hi i didn’t have access to my email. And when i try to call ee no one attend and just a voice mail (due to new phone launched our specialist are busy) so can you tell me my dpd tracking id i just have ee order no [Mod edit - order number removed]

Welcome to the community.

You'd only get the DPD tracking number once your order has been dispatched, and it would be sent to you by text or in the DPD app if you have that.

Which model of phone was it that your ordered?
