You can upgrade by logging into the app or website and going to the shop section. Or if you prefer doing the upgrade with one of our guides you can call us on 150 from your EE mobile or visit an EE store.
You can check if you are eligible to upgrade by texting UP to 150 from your phone or by checking in your online account in the app or website.
