Hello all,
I purchased a sim card from EE harrow town center recently, I am an international student so I will be leaving this country after a year. They have made a contract for 24 months instead of 12 months and I want to change it to 12 months but they are saying no. I just want to do the contract for 12 months. I have to pay for those extra 12 months and this doesn't seem right. I visited the branch to change the contract but the manager is not saying to call customer care. When I called customer care they said it can only be done in the branch. It's been a week now there are just making me roam here and there. I am going to do an ombudsman complaint now.
If anyone can help me please do contact me through email - XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi @adhiraj17
What was shown on the paperwork when you took out the SIM contract? Did it show 12 months or 24 months?

This is something that would usually be discussed and resolved with a manager in the store where you took out the contract, @adhiraj17.
You could also raise a complaint over the phone, webform or by letter, details of which are on this complaints help page.
I hope you manage to find a resolution to this.

I'm sorry to hear that, @adhiraj17. Take a look at that link I posted, there are some options on there to raise a complaint.
