5 days is completely ridiculous. If I'd have known, I'd have gone to a store.

Welcome to the community,

Sim cards are sent out via second class post, but if you are near an EE high street branch and have some form of ID, you can go there and get it, otherwise if it still has not arrived, ring customer service and let them know you have not received it yet.
